NeuroDivMock is a platform dedicated to helping neurodivergent people develop the necessary skills needed to succeed in a job interview.

Generative AI is used to simulate a real-life job interview to assess the skills of a potential job candidate and provide honest feedback on how they can improve their responses, what tips to consider, and how they can structure their answers with methods such as the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).

Depending on their needs, the interview format will be adjusted accordingly to accommodate and allow them to accomplish their goals as they see fit.

Through this approach, they are more likely to become comfortable with interviews and be able to advocate for themselves in the long-term.
